Whether you are a beginner or have trained in the past, you are always welcome at the Zen Do Kai. Our classes are offered to adults and children ages 6 and up. Check out our credentials with your friends and neighbors, speak to our former and current students and families for references. We have a great reputation because we take the responsibility of working with our students very seriously. Health, safety, and well-being are a priority with the AZDK.
